Description
E-Glass Woven Roving is bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct rovings.
E-Glass Woven Roving is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins.E-Glass Woven Roving is a high-performance reinforcement widely used in hand lay up and robot processes to manufacture boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts, furniture and sports facilities
Woven Roving is available with a width range of 50mm~3000mm and a weight range of 200g/m2~1600 g/m2.
Other specifications are also available on customer request.
Product Features
1, Warp and weft rovings aligned in a parallel and flat manner, resulting in uniform tension
2, Densely aligned fibers, resulting in high dimensional stability and making handling easy
3, Good moldability, fast and complete wet out in resins, resulting in high productivity
4, Good mechanical properties and high strength of parts
Package:
Woven Roving is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 89mm. The roll outside diameter is approximately 260mm. Each roll is wrapped up in plastic film and then packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. For transportation the rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets
Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a cool, dry, water-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be always maintained at 15℃ to 35℃ and 35% to 65% respectively.
